PiezoMotor have a wide range of drivers for the Piezo LEGS motors. From simple hand-held to 36-channel versions. Not only the types mentioned below. There are also possibilities for customers to integrate drive electronics to their own development.
A fully featured miniature closed loop controller board that can be easily stacked to form a multi-axis system. It provides resolution in the sub-nanometer range. Can also be used as a servo amplifier with external motion controller.
A versatile standalone packaged controller unit with inbuilt functions to operate Piezo LEGS motors in closed loop (target mode) or open loop with sub-nanometer resolution. Multiple units can be easily chained to form multi-axis systems. An external motion controller may control the speed via SPI or analog interface.
The DMC-30019 is a one-axis PID controller for use with Piezo LEGS motors. It is based on technology from Galil Motion Control, and allows for advanced contouring, speed control, and programming of 1000 lines of custom code.
Microstepping Driver PMD206
The PMD206 is a six-axis microstepping driver for the advanced user. Allows for sub-nanometer precision when motor/encoder is connected to form a closed loop system.
The PMCM21 is a simple handheld push button driver for the Piezo LEGS® motors. Quite enough to give you sub-micron resolution in linear motion.
Models PMD101 and PMCM31 are still supported and will be available for existing customers.
